Please write to us first at contact@atelier-rosaline.com. We answer within one working day and we would always rather solve a problem directly.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live. UK consumers can also get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice.

Delivery, returns and contact

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

4–8 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from when your order is placed. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it dispatches.

Will I have anything to pay on delivery?

No. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. We pay any import duties and taxes ourselves, so nothing further is due when your parcel arrives and no courier will ask you for a payment.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason or none, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund within 14 days of receiving them. Anything faulty or not as described is returned at our cost. Full details on our Returns and refunds page.
