Changing your mind
You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Email contact@atelier-rosaline.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of receiving proof that you posted them, whichever is sooner. The refund goes back to the payment method you used and covers the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid.
Cost and risk of returning
You pay the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or not as described. This cost is not refunded.
The goods stay your responsibility until they reach us. Pack them securely, use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can log your return and confirm the address. Unless we tell you otherwise, returns are sent to:

Condition of returned goods
You may open the box and handle the item only as you would in a shop to check it. If the item comes back damaged, used or incomplete beyond that, we will reduce your refund by the loss in value.
If something is faulty or not as described
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything on this page. In summary: within 30 days of delivery you may reject a faulty item for a refund; after that we repair or replace it, and if that fails you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Where an item is faulty or not as described, we cover the reasonable cost of returning it.
