Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

4 to 8 working days from the day you order. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, together with the expected delivery date.

If we have not given you a specific delivery date, we will deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we miss that deadline you may cancel and get a full refund.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it within three working days of your order, email us and we will look into it.

Taxes and customs

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. Nothing further is due when your parcel arrives: we pay any import duties and taxes ourselves. You will never be asked to pay a courier on delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived

Email contact@atelier-rosaline.com with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it or refund you in full. The risk stays with us until the goods are in your hands.

Where do you deliver?

How long does delivery take?

4–8 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from when your order is placed. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it dispatches.

Will I have anything to pay on delivery?

No. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include all applicable taxes. We pay any import duties and taxes ourselves, so nothing further is due when your parcel arrives and no courier will ask you for a payment.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason or none, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund within 14 days of receiving them. Anything faulty or not as described is returned at our cost. Full details on our Returns and refunds page.
