This is the pre-contract summary of what you are agreeing to when you order from atelier-rosaline.com, in one place and in plain English. Our full terms are in our terms of service. Nothing here removes or limits your rights as a consumer.
The seller

The goods
Jewellery boxes and related storage. The description, materials, dimensions and photographs on each product page form part of the contract.
Total price
The price shown on the product page and at checkout is in pounds sterling and includes all applicable taxes. Delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Nothing further is payable on delivery: we pay any import duties and taxes ourselves.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place your order, by the methods shown at checkout. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
4 to 8 working days to addresses in the United Kingdom, and in any event within 30 days of your order. Goods remain at our risk until they are in your hands.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, for any reason or none, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. You pay the return postage unless the goods are faulty or not as described. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you posted them, whichever is sooner, including the standard delivery cost you paid.
If something is faulty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Within 30 days of delivery you may reject a faulty item for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. These rights are in addition to the right to cancel above.
Duration of the contract
We sell one-off purchases only. There is no subscription, no recurring payment and no minimum term.
Complaints
Email contact@atelier-rosaline.com. We answer within one working day. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live.
